How do I connect my Zoom account?
From your admin panel, go to My Account and select the Video Provider section. Click Connect Zoom and follow the OAuth authorization flow. Once completed, Javisa.ai will automatically generate video meeting links when you create video call appointments.
How do I disconnect a Zoom or Google Meet integration?
Go to My Account → Video Provider and click Disconnect. This will delete the stored access tokens. You can also revoke access directly from your Zoom or Google account settings. For detailed steps, see our Documentation.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All information is stored on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers with encryption in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my account?
You can request account cancellation by emailing support@javisa.ai. We will delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy within 90 days.
Is Javisa.ai available in my country?
Javisa.ai is available globally. However, some integrations (such as WhatsApp Business) may have regional restrictions depending on provider policies.
How do I report a security issue?
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to support@javisa.ai. Do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had the opportunity to resolve it.
